Three Monkeys Restaurant ภายใน Hanuman World จังหวัดภูเก็ต เป็นร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่ที่โดดเด่นด้วยสถาปัตยกรรมแบบ Tropical Modern Treehouse รายล้อมด้วยธรรมชาติ พื้นที่ของร้านแบ่งออกเป็นหลายโซน ทั้งห้องอาหาร คาเฟ่ พื้นที่กิจกรรม โซน Outdoor และจุดสำหรับ Live Music รวมถึง DJ Performance ที่สามารถเปลี่ยนตำแหน่งได้ตามรูปแบบของงาน

ความหลากหลายของพื้นที่ทำให้ระบบเสียงต้องรองรับการใช้งานหลายรูปแบบภายในระบบเดียว ตั้งแต่ Background Music ระหว่างวัน การแสดงดนตรีสด ไปจนถึง DJ Event ในช่วงค่ำ พร้อมสามารถบริหารจัดการแต่ละโซนได้อย่างอิสระ

สำหรับโครงการนี้ Aura Visual System รับหน้าที่ออกแบบระบบเสียง โดยเลือกใช้โซลูชันจาก Allen & Heath ซึ่งจัดจำหน่ายและสนับสนุนโดย Sonos Libra ขณะที่งานติดตั้งและ System Integration ดำเนินการโดย Alba Integrate เพื่อสร้างระบบ Backbone ที่มีความยืดหยุ่น รองรับการใช้งานในปัจจุบัน และสามารถขยายระบบได้ในอนาคต

หัวใจของระบบคือ Allen & Heath AHM-32 Audio Matrix Processor ซึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางในการจัดการ Routing, Zone Control และ Preset Management ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ของร้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Restaurant, Café, Reception, Activity Zone หรือพื้นที่จัดแสดงดนตรี ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเลือกแหล่งสัญญาณ ปรับระดับเสียง และเรียกใช้งาน Preset สำหรับแต่ละช่วงเวลาของวันได้อย่างสะดวกผ่าน Allen & Heath CC-7 IP Remote Controller

เพื่อรองรับการเชื่อมต่อของระบบเสียงทุกพื้นที่ Dante Audio Network จึงเข้ามาเป็นโครงสร้างหลักของการรับส่งสัญญาณเสียง โดยติดตั้ง Dante Card 32×32 กับ AHM-32 ทำให้สามารถรับส่งสัญญาณเสียงระหว่างทุกโซนผ่านระบบ Network ได้อย่างยืดหยุ่น ลดความซับซ้อนของการเดินสาย และรองรับการเพิ่มอุปกรณ์หรือขยายพื้นที่ใช้งานในอนาคตได้อย่างง่ายดาย

หนึ่งในความท้าทายของโครงการคือ DJ Booth ที่สามารถเคลื่อนย้ายตำแหน่งได้ตามรูปแบบของงาน Dante จึงเข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในการช่วยให้สามารถสลับตำแหน่งของระบบเสียงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว โดยไม่ต้องเดินสายสัญญาณใหม่ พร้อมรองรับการเรียกใช้งาน Routing และ Preset ที่ออกแบบไว้สำหรับแต่ละพื้นที่ได้ทันที

สำหรับการแสดงดนตรีสด ได้เลือกใช้งาน Allen & Heath CQ-18T Digital Mixer เพื่อรองรับ Live Performance ภายในร้าน ด้วย Workflow ที่ใช้งานง่าย นักดนตรีสามารถเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์และปรับแต่งมิกซ์ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ขณะที่ทีมงานสามารถสลับการทำงานระหว่าง Background Music, Live Band และ DJ ได้ผ่าน CC7 ที่ถูกออกแบบด้วย Custom Control App เพื่อให้ใช้งานง่าย ภายใต้การประมวลผลของ AHM โดยไม่กระทบต่อการทำงานของพื้นที่อื่น

โครงสร้างเครือข่ายทั้งหมดทำงานร่วมกับ NETGEAR AV Network Infrastructure ซึ่งออกแบบมาสำหรับระบบ Audio over IP โดยเฉพาะ ช่วยให้ระบบ Dante ทำงานได้อย่างมีเสถียรภาพ รองรับการรับส่งข้อมูลแบบ Low Latency และเพิ่มความมั่นใจในการใช้งานตลอดทั้งวัน

ผลลัพธ์คือระบบ Backbone ที่สามารถรองรับการใช้งานของ Three Monkeys ได้ตั้งแต่ Background Music, Live Music, DJ Performance ไปจนถึง Special Event โดยทุกโซนสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างราบรื่น พร้อมโครงสร้างระบบที่ยืดหยุ่น รองรับการเติบโตของธุรกิจในอนาคต

Located within Hanuman World Phuket, Three Monkeys Restaurant is a unique dining and café destination inspired by Tropical Modern Treehouse architecture, surrounded by lush natural landscapes. The venue is divided into multiple zones, including the main restaurant, café, reception, activity areas, outdoor dining spaces, live music stages, and flexible DJ performance locations that can be relocated depending on the event.

With such a diverse layout, the audio system needed to support multiple operating scenarios within a single platform—from background music throughout the day to live performances and high-energy DJ events at night—while allowing every zone to be managed independently.

For this project, Aura Visual System designed the complete audio system using Allen & Heath solutions, distributed and supported by Sonos Libra, while Alba Integrate was responsible for installation and system integration. The objective was to build a flexible backbone that supports current operational requirements while providing a scalable platform for future expansion.

At the heart of the system is the Allen & Heath AHM-32 Audio Matrix Processor, providing centralized routing, zone control, and preset management across the entire venue. Whether managing the restaurant, café, reception, activity zones, or live entertainment areas, staff can easily select audio sources, adjust volume levels, and recall presets for different operating modes via the Allen & Heath CC-7 IP Remote Controller.

To connect every part of the venue, the installation utilizes Dante Audio Network as its primary audio transport infrastructure. Equipped with a 32×32 Dante Audio Interface for the AHM-32, the system enables flexible audio distribution over standard network cabling, significantly reducing wiring complexity while providing an easy path for future expansion and additional audio endpoints.

One of the project's biggest challenges was the venue's relocatable DJ booth, which can be positioned in different areas depending on the event. Dante networking plays a key role by allowing the DJ system to move between locations without requiring new analogue cabling. Dedicated routing configurations and presets can be recalled instantly, ensuring seamless operation regardless of where performances take place.

For live performances, the venue utilizes the Allen & Heath CQ-18T Digital Mixer, providing an intuitive workflow for musicians and engineers alike. Performers can quickly connect instruments and configure their mixes, while venue staff can effortlessly switch between background music, live bands, and DJ performances through the CC-7, customized with the Allen & Heath Custom Control application. All signal processing remains centrally managed by the AHM without affecting other operating zones.

The entire network infrastructure is built on NETGEAR AV Network Switches, specifically designed for professional Audio over IP applications. This ensures stable Dante performance, ultra-low latency audio transport, and reliable operation throughout the venue every day.
