Fatboy Izakaya เป็นร้านอาหารและบาร์สไตล์ Japanese Fusion ใจกลางกรุงเทพฯ ที่ผสมผสานประสบการณ์การรับประทานอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และดนตรีไว้ในพื้นที่เดียว ช่วงกลางวันร้านมอบบรรยากาศที่ผ่อนคลายสำหรับมื้ออาหารและการพบปะสังสรรค์ ก่อนจะเปลี่ยนเป็นบาร์และพื้นที่ความบันเทิงที่เต็มไปด้วยพลังในช่วงค่ำ พร้อมการแสดงของดีเจและค็อกเทลบาร์

ด้วยรูปแบบการใช้งานที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดทั้งวัน ระบบเสียงจึงต้องสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนลักษณะการทำงานได้อย่างยืดหยุ่น ตั้งแต่การเปิดเพลงบรรยากาศในระดับเสียงที่เหมาะสม ไปจนถึงการสร้างพลังเสียงสำหรับช่วงเวลาที่ดีเจเริ่มทำการแสดง โดยยังคงความสะดวกในการควบคุมสำหรับพนักงานของร้าน

สำหรับโครงการนี้ Aura Visual System ผู้ออกแบบระบบเสียงของโครงการ ได้เลือกใช้ระบบจัดการเสียงจาก Allen & Heath ซึ่งจัดจำหน่ายและสนับสนุนโดย Sonos Libra ขณะที่งานติดตั้งและ System Integration ดำเนินการโดย Alba Integrate เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถตอบสนองต่อรูปแบบการใช้งานที่หลากหลายของร้านได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

หัวใจของระบบคือ Allen & Heath AHM-16 Audio Matrix Processor ซึ่งทำหน้าที่จัดการ Routing, Zone Control และ Preset สำหรับแต่ละช่วงเวลาของการให้บริการ โดยทำงานร่วมกับ Allen & Heath CC-7 IP Remote Controller ที่ช่วยให้พนักงานสามารถเปลี่ยนโหมดการใช้งานของระบบเสียงได้อย่างง่ายดายเพียงปลายนิ้วสัมผัส ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเปลี่ยนจากบรรยากาศร้านอาหารในช่วงกลางวันสู่โหมดความบันเทิงในช่วงค่ำ ระบบสามารถปรับระดับเสียงและการทำงานของแต่ละโซนได้อย่างรวดเร็วและต่อเนื่อง ช่วยสร้างประสบการณ์ที่สอดคล้องกับบรรยากาศของร้านในทุกช่วงเวลา

Fatboy Izakaya is a contemporary Japanese fusion restaurant and bar in Bangkok, offering a seamless transition from relaxed daytime dining to an energetic nightlife destination with cocktails and live DJ performances. As the venue transforms throughout the day, its audio system plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere for each operating scenario.

To accommodate these changing environments, the venue required an audio management solution capable of delivering subtle background music during dining hours while effortlessly transitioning to a high-energy entertainment experience in the evening—all through a simple and intuitive control interface.

For this project, the audio system was designed by Aura Visual System, which selected Allen & Heath solutions supplied and supported by Sonos Libra. System installation and integration were carried out by Alba Integrate, ensuring reliable operation and a streamlined user experience.

At the core of the installation is the Allen & Heath AHM-16 Audio Matrix Processor, providing flexible audio routing, zone management, and preset control for different operating modes. Working alongside the Allen & Heath CC-7 IP Remote Controller, staff can instantly recall presets and switch the venue between daytime and evening operating scenarios with a single touch. The result is an intuitive and efficient audio management system that allows Fatboy Izakaya to adapt effortlessly from a relaxed dining environment to a vibrant nightlife destination.
