ภายใน Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok โรงแรมไลฟ์สไตล์ใจกลางหลังสวน ร้าน Craft และ Ms. Jigger ต่างมีเอกลักษณ์และบรรยากาศที่แตกต่างกันอย่างชัดเจน โดย Craft เป็นทั้งคาเฟ่ ที่มีทั้งพื้นที่ Indoor และ Outdoor ที่เปลี่ยนบรรยากาศจากร้านกาแฟในช่วงกลางวันสู่พื้นที่สำหรับ DJ และ Social Gathering ในช่วงค่ำ ขณะที่ Ms. Jigger เป็นร้านอาหารอิตาเลียนที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Ruby Bar ซึ่งมีการปรับอารมณ์ของดนตรีจาก Fine Dining ไปสู่ Nightlife ได้อย่างลงตัว

เพื่อให้ทั้งสองพื้นที่สามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างยืดหยุ่น Aura Visual System จึงออกแบบระบบ Backbone โดยเลือกใช้โซลูชันจาก Allen & Heath ซึ่งจัดจำหน่ายและสนับสนุนโดย Sonos Libra พร้อมระบบ Audio Network ที่สามารถรองรับการใช้งานหลายโซน และการเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการใช้งานของแต่ละพื้นที่ได้อย่างราบรื่น

หัวใจของระบบคือ Allen & Heath AHM-16 Audio Matrix Processor ซึ่งทำหน้าที่บริหารจัดการ Routing, Zone Control และ Preset Management ของทั้ง Craft และ Ms. Jigger บนระบบเดียว ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเลือกแหล่งสัญญาณ ปรับระดับเสียง หรือเรียกใช้งาน Preset สำหรับแต่ละช่วงเวลาของวันได้อย่างง่ายดาย ตั้งแต่ Background Music ในช่วงเช้า ไปจนถึง Live DJ หรือ Live Performance ในช่วงค่ำ

เพื่อเพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นในการรับส่งสัญญาณ โครงการนี้ยังติดตั้ง M-SQ-SDANTE V3 ร่วมกับ Allen & Heath DT22 Dante I/O Interfaces ทำให้สามารถเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์เสียงจากแต่ละพื้นที่เข้าสู่ Dante Audio Network ได้อย่างสะดวก รองรับการเพิ่มจุดเชื่อมต่อหรือขยายระบบในอนาคตโดยไม่ต้องเดินสายสัญญาณใหม่

ด้านการควบคุมระบบ ทีมงานสามารถใช้งานผ่าน Allen & Heath CC-7 รวมถึง IP1 Remote Controller สำหรับการปรับระดับเสียงในแต่ละพื้นที่ ทำให้พนักงานสามารถควบคุมระบบได้อย่างสะดวกโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเข้าถึงห้อง Rack หรือใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์ที่ซับซ้อน

แม้ว่าทั้ง Craft และ Ms. Jigger จะมีคาแรกเตอร์ของสถานที่ที่แตกต่างกัน แต่ระบบ Backbone เดียวกันทำให้สามารถบริหารจัดการระบบเสียงทั้งสองพื้นที่ได้อย่างมืออาชีพ รองรับการสลับแหล่งสัญญาณ การเรียกใช้งาน Preset และการขยายระบบในอนาคตได้อย่างยืดหยุ่น

Located within Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, one of Bangkok's leading lifestyle hotels in the Langsuan district, Craft and Ms. Jigger each offer a distinct hospitality experience. Craft combines an indoor café with an outdoor garden that transitions from a relaxed coffee destination during the day to a lively social venue with DJs and evening gatherings. Meanwhile, Ms. Jigger, together with Ruby Bar, transforms effortlessly from refined Italian dining into an energetic nightlife destination as the evening unfolds.

To unify both venues while preserving their individual identities, Aura Visual System designed a centralized audio backbone using Allen & Heath solutions, distributed and supported by Sonos Libra. The system provides seamless multi-zone audio management, allowing each area to operate independently while remaining fully connected through a single, flexible infrastructure.

At the heart of the installation is the Allen & Heath AHM-16 Audio Matrix Processor, providing centralized routing, zone control, and preset management for both Craft and Ms. Jigger. Staff can easily select audio sources, adjust volume levels, and recall presets tailored to different operating periods—from background music during the day to live DJs and live performances in the evening.

To maximize system flexibility, the project also incorporates the Allen & Heath M-SQ-SDANTE V3 together with DT22 Dante I/O Interfaces, enabling audio devices from multiple areas to connect seamlessly through a Dante Audio Network. This networked architecture simplifies signal distribution while making future expansion or additional connection points possible without installing new analogue cabling.

Daily operation is managed via the Allen & Heath CC-7 IP Remote Controller, complemented by IP1 Remote Controllers for convenient local volume adjustment in individual zones. This intuitive control system allows venue staff to operate the entire audio system without requiring access to the equipment rack or advanced technical knowledge.

Although Craft and Ms. Jigger serve different purposes throughout the day, the shared backbone enables both venues to function as one integrated audio ecosystem. Centralized routing, intelligent preset management, and Dante networking provide the flexibility to switch sources, adapt to different operating modes, and support future expansion with ease.
