เจ้าของ BOA Phuket ต้องการระบบเสียงที่สามารถรองรับ Rider จาก DJ ระดับโลกได้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องปรับเปลี่ยนหรือเช่าระบบเสียงเพิ่มเติม ทาง Sonos Libra จึงเลือก Adamson IS Series แบบ Line Array เป็นระบบเสียงหลัก โดยมีลำโพง Point Source ติดตั้งตามจุดต่างๆ เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ทุกโซน ตั้งแต่แดนซ์ฟลอร์ ที่นั่งข้างดีเจ ที่นั่ง VIP ไปจนถึงโซนระเบียงด้านบน และเพื่อให้เสียงมีคุณภาพสูงและยืดหยุ่น จึงได้เลือกใช้มอนิเตอร์สำหรับ DJ เป็นลำโพง Adamson เช่นกัน

และด้วยการออกแบบให้ DJ Booth ตั้งอยู่ตรงกลางของร้าน จึงจำเป็นต้องมี Back fill ที่ช่วยเติมเต็มเสียงบนที่นั่ง VIP ด้านหลังของ DJ

สำหรับความพิเศษของ DJ Monitor คือที่นี่เลือกใช้เป็น Adamson IS7PXW ซึ่งมีความพิเศษคือ ได้รับการออกแบบมาเป็น Dipole Pattern และมี driver คู่ ทำให้เสียงจากมอนิเตอร์กระจายออกมาได้ดีเยี่ยม จึงสามารถตอบสนองการเล่นของดีเจได้อย่างเต็มที่ ซึ่งโดยทั่วไปมักจะเลือกใช้ M Series เป็นลำโพงมอนิเตอร์ แต่หลังจากที่เจ้าของได้ฟัง IS7PXW แล้วก็ชื่นชอบเป็นอย่างมาก และตัดสินใจเลือกอย่างไม่ลังเล

Located on the vibrant Bangla Road in Patong, Phuket, BOA Club Phuket is a premium nightclub that seamlessly blends refined architectural design with a high-performance sound system built around Adamson IS Series loudspeakers and Allen & Heath AHM processing.

Designed and installed by Sonos Libra, the sound system at BOA Phuket is engineered to deliver an immersive house and techno experience—ready to welcome DJs from the regional circuit all the way to international headliners.

From the very beginning, the BOA Phuket team set a clear objective: the sound system must be able to meet international DJ riders without compromise, eliminating the need for additional rental systems or last-minute modifications.

Sonos Libra therefore selected Adamson IS Series Line Array as the main PA system, supported by strategically placed point-source loudspeakers to ensure consistent coverage across all areas of the club—from the main dance floor and DJ-side seating to VIP zones and the upper balcony.

To maintain both sonic consistency and flexibility, Adamson loudspeakers were also chosen for DJ monitoring.

With the DJ booth positioned at the center of the venue, BOA Phuket required a dedicated back fill system to maintain sound quality for VIP seating located behind the DJ.

This configuration ensures balanced energy, clarity, and impact throughout the entire venue—front to back.

A standout element of the system is the Adamson IS7PXW used as the DJ monitor.

While M Series monitors are typically chosen for this role, BOA Phuket opted for IS7PXW after extensive listening tests. Its dipole pattern design and dual-driver configuration provide exceptional sound dispersion and precision, allowing DJs to perform with confidence and accuracy.

After experiencing the IS7PXW firsthand, the owner made the decision without hesitation.

One of the key challenges at BOA Phuket was the room layout—featuring a centrally positioned DJ booth surrounded by tiered seating.

To achieve uniform sound coverage across every listening position, Sonos Libra conducted detailed acoustic simulations during the design phase.

“We used Blueprint software to calculate and simulate sound coverage in detail—determining the number of speakers, their positions, and precise aiming angles to ensure consistent sound throughout the entire venue.” — Phoom, Sound Engineer

While BOA Phuket is visually defined by its luxurious aesthetic, acoustic performance was given equal priority.

Deep green curtains line the walls of the club, serving not only as a visual statement but also as effective acoustic absorption to reduce unwanted reflections. These elements complement the dark-toned interior, deep-green velvet seating, and a lighting and graphic concept dominated by copper hues.

The Adamson IS Series loudspeakers are seamlessly integrated into the design—supporting the club’s grand visual identity while delivering uncompromised sonic performance.

All loudspeakers are driven by Lab Gruppen D-Series amplifiers, specifically designed for fixed installation applications. System control and signal management are handled by the Allen & Heath AHM32 matrix processor, allowing precise zoning and automated preset changes.

These presets adapt the system’s behavior to different operating hours—ensuring optimal sound levels and tonal balance throughout the night with minimal user intervention.

BOA Club Phuket has quickly established itself as one of Phuket’s premium nightlife destinations, earning praise for its sound quality from DJs, guests, and the venue owner alike.
