AETHER เป็นรูฟท็อปบาร์บนชั้น 44 ของ Dusit Central Park ที่พร้อมมอบประสบการณ์การรับประทานอาหารและความบันเทิงท่ามกลางวิวแบบ 360 องศาของกรุงเทพฯ ครอบคลุมทั้งแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา สวนลุมพินี และเส้นขอบฟ้าของเมือง ด้วยแนวคิดที่ต้องการสร้างจุดหมายปลายทางแห่งใหม่ของกรุงเทพฯ งานออกแบบทุกองค์ประกอบจึงถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่น่าจดจำ รวมถึงระบบเสียงที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสถาปัตยกรรมตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นโครงการ

สำหรับโครงการนี้ Sonos Libra รับผิดชอบการออกแบบระบบเสียงทั้งหมด โดยทำงานร่วมกับทีมสถาปนิกและผู้ออกแบบโครงการตั้งแต่ช่วงพัฒนาแนวคิด หนึ่งในความท้าทายสำคัญคือการออกแบบโครงสร้างลำโพงขนาดใหญ่ซึ่งกลายเป็นแลนด์มาร์กของพื้นที่ ภายในติดตั้งระบบลำโพง Adamson อย่างแนบเนียน โดยยังคงประสิทธิภาพด้านอะคูสติกและการกระจายเสียงตามที่ออกแบบไว้

ก่อนการติดตั้ง ทีมงานได้ดำเนินการ Acoustic Simulation เพื่อวิเคราะห์การกระจายเสียง มุมครอบคลุม และตำแหน่งติดตั้งของลำโพง พร้อมประสานงานกับทีมออกแบบในการเลือกวัสดุและโครงสร้างที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้ได้ทั้งคุณภาพเสียง ความแข็งแรง และความสวยงามของงานสถาปัตยกรรม ลำโพงทุกจุดที่เลือกใช้เป็นรุ่น Weatherized ของ Adamson ซึ่งออกแบบมาสำหรับการใช้งานภายนอกอาคารโดยเฉพาะ ขณะที่ระบบควบคุมเสียงใช้ Allen & Heath AHM-16 พร้อม Dante Audio Networking Card เพื่อรองรับการบริหารจัดการสัญญาณเสียง และการขยายระบบในอนาคต

หลังการติดตั้ง ระบบสามารถให้คุณภาพเสียงและการครอบคลุมพื้นที่ได้ใกล้เคียงกับผลการจำลองอย่างมาก พร้อมได้รับเสียงตอบรับที่ดีจากเจ้าของโครงการ ทั้งในด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบและการผสมผสานลำโพงเข้ากับงานสถาปัตยกรรม จนกลายเป็นหนึ่งในเอกลักษณ์ของ AETHER

AETHER is a rooftop bar located on the 44th floor of Dusit Central Park, offering a premium dining and entertainment experience with breathtaking 360-degree views of Bangkok, overlooking the Chao Phraya River, Lumphini Park, and the city's iconic skyline. Envisioned as one of Bangkok's newest lifestyle destinations, every aspect of the venue was thoughtfully developed to create a memorable guest experience—including an audio system that was designed as an integral part of the architecture from the very beginning.

For this project, Sonos Libra was responsible for the complete audio system design, working closely with the architects and project designers from the concept development stage. One of the key challenges was integrating the Adamson loudspeaker system into a pair of large sculptural speaker structures that have become a distinctive architectural feature of the venue, while preserving the intended acoustic performance and sound coverage.

Prior to installation, the team conducted detailed acoustic simulations to evaluate loudspeaker placement, coverage angles, and overall system performance. Close collaboration with the design team ensured that the selected materials and structural elements met both architectural and acoustic requirements. All loudspeakers specified for the project are weatherized Adamson models, purpose-built for outdoor environments, while the system processing and control are handled by an Allen & Heath AHM-16 equipped with a Dante Audio Networking Card, providing flexible audio management and scalability for future expansion.

Following commissioning, the system achieved audio coverage and performance that closely matched the original simulation results. The project has received positive feedback from the client, not only for its outstanding sound quality but also for the successful integration of the loudspeaker system into the architectural concept, making it one of AETHER's most distinctive design features.
